HOW ARE WALLCOVERINGS PRICED?
Pricing is based off printed square footage starting with a minimum purchase the dimensions of one repeat. Email email@example.com for a pricelist or with additional questions.
HOW IS THE quote/PRINT QUANTITY CALCULATED?
All of our designs come on 52” wide panels print to the specified height of your project. We will determine the number and length of panels needed for your project based on your measurements. Details will be clearly described in your quote.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A QUOTE FOR MY PROJECT?
Once you are able to provide accurate measurements and/or elevation drawings of the area you intend to wallpaper we will be able to give you an exact quote. If you need assistance gathering this information we’re happy to answer your questions and/or visit the space if you’re local to Atlanta.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We offer a trade discount to interior designers and architects. Introduce yourself at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the lead-time for orders?
Wallcovering orders will be produced and shipped within 4 to 6 weeks following receipt of payment. Samples may take up to 3 weeks to ship depending on our inventory.
Can I order a custom colorway OR PRINT ON A DIFFERENT SUBSTRATE?
Yes. For an added fee any pattern can be customized to match your specific color scheme. Additionally, if you’re looking for a different texture or type of substrate a variety of options are available for some patterns.
I’d like helP visualizing MY PROJECT. Can you provide a mock-up?
Possibly. We can edit photos of an existing space to visualize the design as it would appear installed. Send your photos to email@example.com and we will let you know if this is an option.
ARE YOUR WALLCOVERINGS DURABLE ENOUGH FOR commercial INTERIORS?
Yes. Our patterns are printed on a durable, commercial-grade type II material with fire-safety, mildew, and indoor air-quality ratings appropriate for commercial spaces. (See specification sheets for individual patterns)
Please note that for especially high-traffic areas where people and objects will have frequent contact with the surface it is advised to protect installations with a liquid topcoat. This will minimize damage from dirt, scratches and abrasion. This can be applied to many of our wallcoverings for an additional fee although it will add to the lead time on the custom sample.
How are the wallcoverings installed?
We do not advise DIYing an installation of our product. By carefully planning your project and hiring an experienced, professional paperhanger you are ensuring that the design will look it’s best and last for years to come. Each order comes with general instructions to provide your contractor. We advise reviewing the specs with them beforehand to verify their experience with the materials and the double-cut install method the collection is formatted for.
How do I maintaiN MY INSTALLATION over time?
Remove ordinary dirt and smudges by using mild soap and warm water. Detailed maintenance instructions can be requested and will be included with all orders.

Pricing on individual quotes will be honored up to 60 days from the date of their creation.
Once you have signed off on a quote and paid in full it is very unlikely that we will be able to to fulfill a request for cancellation. Notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com to request one and we will let you know if it’s an option.
All sales are final due to the fact that our wallcoverings are print to order. If your order is received damaged please document the damage to both the packaging and the wallcoverings and contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days so that we can determine how to most appropriately resolve the issue.
